Join needlework artist and author, Delilah Iris, for a fun sew along where you’ll learn basic hand sewing stitches and techniques to create your own handmade felt mushroom doll using the latest from collection of felt toy sewing patterns.

In this 3-4 hour long felt mushroom doll making workshop you’ll learn to create ridiculously adorable mushroom dolls with jointed, pose-able limbs.

 Join needlework artist and author, Delilah Iris, for a fun sew along where you’ll learn basic hand sewing stitches and techniques to create your own string jointed mushroom dolls using the newest sewing pattern from her collection of hand sewn felt toys. The workshop will be hosted at Joe’s Flat Iron Cafe in Downtown Skowhegan at 65 Water St, Skowhegan, ME 04976. Enjoy delicious beverages and treats while you craft with some new friends! 

This workshop is beginner friendly and includes all materials needed to complete the project. You’ll leave with a new sense of accomplishment and a fun hand stitched friend! Recommended ages 9 and up (with a parent or helper) to adults. All ages are welcome! Most of my workshops have a variety of all ages.
